Yesterday and this morning we had some amazing views over the Anza-Borrego desert.
Camped at Pioneer Mail picnic area with Matt from Arkansaw and Joshua. There were some other hikers as well, including Heather and her 8 year old daughter Sierra who are both thru hiking.
Matt and I walked together most of the day. It was a hard day on a very rocky path down to the Rodriguez Spur Truck trail where we camped. There were loads of desert flowers along the way and amazing views. A good distraction from the blisters!
The views from our camp site are amazing!
