So Tuesday was a pretty tough day with more road walking and then a very hot descent into the valley with sections of very brittle trail. I thought I would never get down there. It was tough on the ankle.
I was so glad to get down to the KOA RV park at 4pm. They had a swimming pool which was awesome! Rian and Brian were also there with a group of other hikers. We got a few beers and there was a place closs by to order burgers from. Heaven!
On Wednesday we had a short 10 miles to Agua Dulce and and Hiker Heaven where a couple called the Saufleys host hikers every year. Great place and Ill probably stay here untill Thursday night to resupply, rest up and to eat some town food!
